The Metro C569X-SFC-L Insulated Reach-In Holding Cabinet is designed to maintain the temperature of hot foods, ensuring food safety and quality. It features an always-on analog thermometer for continuous temperature monitoring, even when the unit is turned off. The cabinet utilizes a thermostatically controlled ducted heating system for rapid heat-up and recovery times. The stainless steel construction and 2.5" thick, high-density fiberglass insulation minimize heat loss. An integral water pan system can be used to add humidity, improving food quality. The unit operates at 220-240V with a power range of 1681-2000W and uses a NEMA 6-15P plug. It can hold up to (36) 18" x 26" full-size sheet pans due to its fixed, lip load wire slides set on 1 1/2" increments. The cabinet has a clear full-length door and lip load aluminum slides.
