Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
How to Return
- Contact us at 1-800-326-4403 or email sales@mh-usa.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Package the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories
- Ship the item to the address provided by our returns team with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
For exchanges, please follow the return process above and specify the item you would like in exchange. We will ship the replacement item once the return is processed.
Restocking Fees
- Standard items: No restocking fee for returns within 30 days
- Special-order items: 25% restocking fee may apply
- Custom or fabricated items: Non-returnable unless defective
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Please retain all original packaging for inspection.
Exceptions
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom or special-order items (unless defective)
- Cut-to-length items (strapping, tubing, etc.)
- Hygiene products and opened safety equipment
- Clearance or final sale items
