Processing Times
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Custom or special-order items may require additional lead time, which will be communicated at the time of order.
Shipping Methods
Shipping method is determined by the size and weight of your order:
- FedEx: Smaller, parcel-sized items ship via FedEx. Transit times vary by destination and carrier availability.
- Semi-Truck Freight (LTL): Larger or heavy items — such as pallet racking, shelving systems, and bulk orders — ship via semi-truck freight on a pallet. Each manufacturer ships via their own preferred freight carrier.
We do not offer expedited or guaranteed delivery windows. Shipping speed depends on the carrier and your location.
Freight Delivery
For freight shipments, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. Curbside delivery is standard; inside delivery and liftgate service may be available for an additional fee.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. We strive to offer competitive shipping rates and often pass along our volume discounts.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also view order status in your account dashboard.
APO/FPO Military Addresses
Shipping to an Army Post Office (APO) or Fleet Post Office (FPO) address must be done through the USPS Military & Diplomatic Mail Services at domestic mail rates. Private carriers such as FedEx cannot deliver to these military postal hubs.
When placing an order to an APO/FPO address:
- Select United States as the destination country
- Use AA, AE, or AP as the state
- A customs form is required and will accompany the shipment
Please contact us before placing your order to confirm eligibility and to ensure your items can ship via USPS to your APO/FPO address.
Shipping Restrictions
Some oversized or heavy items may have shipping restrictions to certain locations, including APO/FPO addresses. We will notify you if any restrictions apply to your order.
