Processing Times

Most in-stock items ship within 1-2 business days. Orders placed by 6:00 PM CST Monday through Friday are typically processed the same day. Custom or special-order items may require additional lead time, which will be communicated at the time of order.

Shipping Methods

We offer several shipping options depending on the size and weight of your order:

Ground Shipping: Standard delivery for parcel-sized orders (5-7 business days)
Expedited Shipping: Next-day and 2-day air options available for qualifying items
Motor Freight: Large or heavy items (pallet racking, shelving systems) ship via LTL carrier with curbside delivery

Freight Delivery

For motor freight shipments, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. Curbside delivery is standard; inside delivery and liftgate service may be available for an additional fee.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. We strive to offer competitive shipping rates and often pass along our volume shipping discounts.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also view order status in your account dashboard.

Shipping Restrictions

Some oversized or heavy items may have shipping restrictions to certain locations. We will notify you if any restrictions apply to your order.
