What We Offer
End-to-End Layout & Design Services

From initial site survey to final CAD drawings, we handle every stage of your warehouse design project.

CAD Floor Plan Design

Detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings of your facility with precise rack placement, aisle dimensions, staging areas, and dock layouts.

Space Utilization Analysis

We calculate cubic utilization, identify wasted vertical space, and model alternative configurations to find the highest-density solution.

Workflow & Traffic Flow Mapping

Using time-motion studies and slotting analysis, we design aisles and pick paths that cut travel time and eliminate bottlenecks.

Capacity Planning

We model your current and 5-year inventory projections to design a facility that supports your growth without costly expansions.

Racking System Selection

We specify the right racking type — selective, drive-in, push-back, pallet flow, cantilever — based on your SKU mix, turnover, and budget.

Permitting & Code Review

We prepare documentation for building permits, fire code compliance, and seismic zone requirements so your project stays on schedule.

How It Works
Your Design Project in 4 Steps

A structured process means no surprises — just a finished design you can build from.

1

Site Survey & Discovery

We measure your facility, document column locations, door placements, sprinkler heights, and floor load ratings. You fill out a brief needs assessment.

2

Concept Layouts

Within 48 hours we deliver 2–3 concept layouts showing different storage strategies with estimated capacity and cost comparisons.

3

Design Development

After you select a concept, we develop full construction-ready CAD drawings with rack specifications, aisle dimensions, and material lists.

4

Final Package & Handoff

You receive a complete design package including CAD files, a product cut sheet, installation scope, and a quoted bill of materials.

FAQ
Common Questions
Most projects go from site survey to final CAD package in 5–10 business days. Larger or more complex facilities may take 2–3 weeks. We offer a 48-hour concept sketch service for customers who need a fast preliminary layout.
Yes. We work in leased warehouses all the time. We'll note any lease restrictions (anchor bolt requirements, floor penetrations, sprinkler clearances) and design accordingly to protect your deposit and keep the landlord happy.
Absolutely. We can work from architectural drawings or a floor plan PDF. This is a great way to compare multiple candidate buildings before signing a lease — we'll tell you which space gives you the most storage for your money.
Yes. For orders of $10,000 or more in racking, shelving, or mezzanines, we include design services at no charge. Smaller projects may incur a flat design fee that is fully credited back if you place an order.
We use AutoCAD for 2D drawings and Revit or SketchUp for 3D renderings. You receive both the native DWG/RVT files and PDF exports so your own team or a third-party contractor can build from them.
