The Metro C569-SFC-U Insulated Reach-In Holding Cabinet is a full-height solution for keeping food warm and ready to serve. This heated holding cabinet features clear doors, allowing staff to easily monitor contents without opening the unit and losing heat. It's equipped with universal wire slides adjustable on 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (18) 18" x 26" full-size sheet pans. The top-mounted controls include an "always-on" analog thermometer for easy temperature monitoring. Constructed from durable Type 304 stainless steel with 1" thick high-density fiberglass insulation, this cabinet minimizes heat loss. A built-in water pan provides humidity control, maintaining optimal food quality. The cabinet rolls smoothly on four 5" donut neoprene casters. This unit operates at 120V and includes a NEMA 5-20P plug. NSF Listed and UL Listed (US & Canada).
