The Metro C5T9-ASB C5 T-Series Heated Transport Cabinet is a full-height, heavy-duty solution for keeping food at best temperatures during transport. Made from stainless steel with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation, this cabinet makes sure excellent heat retention and structural rigidity. It features a full-length solid door and adjustable bottom load slides, accommodating (16) 18" x 26" sheet pans or (32) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" steam pans. With a maximum holding temperature of 200 degrees F, controlled by an analog thermometer and electromechanical thermostat, your food remains safe and delicious. Equipped with 6-inch casters and steel-reinforced polymer handles, this mobile heated cabinet is easy to maneuver and built to withstand the rigors of over-the-road applications.
